Message I have compiled a list of what I still need for my build and am ready to move forward on buying parts, but I am hung up on turbos. I was hoping to hear from members who have been down a similar path or might have the setup/s I have in mind.

Basically I want what everyone else wants: The ability to produce the most power out of my setup, while maintaining drivability and longevity.

Please see my updated profile for a complete parts list of what I have currently and a little about the Z. The following is a list of a few essentials that I have decided on.

MSP Manis
300 Degree Rails
SZ 3" Expansion DP's, TP's
B&B 3" Quad Ovals
South Bend Clutch
60k Kit

Depending on the turbo set up here's a few things I have been kicking around:

555/615/740 Nismo Injectors
Dual POP/Dual MAF
AEM EMS vs EPROM vs NISTune/Consult/etc

I have been going back and forth between JWT 530BB and 700BB's. I know I don't want ANYTHING sold by Z1 (but lets not get into that). I came across a setup in the FAQ's that caught my attention. I have no problem doing modifications, I have been TIG welding for years now, and have access to a full machine shop. Has anyone used this writeup to do their own set-up?

Anything past 530's makes me curious if I should look into a stand alone setup, or some serious data logging options. I will have a lot of money in the setup and don't want to see it go bang. I have some experience, and am getting more everyday with our formula team, with maps and tuning. I am also surrounded by a lot of knowledgeable people. Unfortunately, I would not consider any shops in the Central Ohio Area to be at the pinnacle of tunning.

I would really like to get my Z done this summer. I am on break from school and next year will really kick up. I would like to finally get to drive my Z, but also get some of it off my plate for the upcoming year.

Thanks and I hope its all clear. Look forward to hearing some opinions.
